Man given 23 years for attacking his landlord

URBANA – A Rantoul man who beat and robbed his landlord late last year will have to spend at least 23 years in prison for his crime.
Calling Timothy Wilbourn's rehabilitative potential "about nil," Champaign County Judge Tom Difanis sentenced Wilbourn, 42, formerly of the Fountain Valley Mobile Home Park, to 28 years in prison.
