Retired from the Illinois Department of Transportation, Bob Edwards is back in the saddle again.
DANVILLE – Bob Edwards likes to say he was born 100 years too late.
A cowboy at heart, he prefers a saddle to bucket seats, reins to a steering wheel and stirrups to a gas pedal.
