As she takes care of the business end of her father's untimely death, Delania Oman is hopeful that his modest estate won't be eaten up by medical bills.
Delt Baines, 66, was treated at Carle Foundation Hospital after the collision with a car that sent him flying off his motorcycle on the afternoon of April 23.
