Frank Johnson, city of Champaign electrical inspector, leads a final electrical inspection through the Convenient Care area of the new Carle Clinic location at the corner of Mattis Avenue and Curtis Road south of Champaign.
URBANA – Two new Carle Clinic facilities being built in Champaign-Urbana are nearly ready to open.
And when they do, they're going to be busy places.
