Coalition plans $40 million drive to reform health care

SPRINGFIELD – A national coalition plans to spend $40 million promoting its plan to make health care affordable and available to everyone, partly through new insurance industry regulation.

"I think we have a window of opportunity with the public wanting it at this point," said William McNary, president of USAction and co-director of Citizen Action/Illinois.
