Vermilion courthouse annex set for 'extreme makeover'

DANVILLE – The second phase of the Vermilion County Courthouse Annex makeover most likely will begin this summer as county officials intend to tear off half of the building's deteriorating stucco facade and replace it with a new one.
Just like the makeovers on television, this one will have a "big reveal" – when the old facade is removed, revealing what's behind it.
