Renaissance Danville is selling this house at 439 Franklin St. for $20,000 to the First Assembly of God Church, 428 N. Walnut St., Danville, for future expansion of the church's school and playground area. Renaissance originally intended to restore the house and sell it.
DANVILLE – Renaissance Danville has agreed to sell one of its project houses to the First Assembly of God Church, giving the congregation more space for future growth, including expansion of its preschool-through-12th-grade school.
