CHAMPAIGN – Jamar Smith had an odor of alcohol and refused to stay away from a scene outside a campus bar Friday, according to Champaign police, in the incident that led to the move to revoke his probation.
Officers were sent to the 300 block of East Green Street in Champaign about 2:30 a.m. Friday to investigate a report of criminal damage to a local business, according to police spokeswoman Rene Dunn.
