Restoration project gives new life to an old downtown building

The owner of 34 E. Main St., Champaign, would like to land a restaurant/bar or maybe a higher-end retail establishment as a tenant for the ground floor space in this restored building at the corner of East Main and Walnut streets. The Italianate structure is believed to be more than a century old.

CHAMPAIGN – Adam Holley moved to Champaign just a few weeks ago, but he's already got an apartment that many would envy.
