Police say robbery victim was lured outside barber shop

CHAMPAIGN – A 61-year-old Urbana man was robbed in Champaign on Tuesday night.
An unknown man robbed the victim in the 900 block of North Fourth Street at 11:15 p.m. Tuesday and then drove away in a red car, according to Champaign police spokeswoman Rene Dunn.
