URBANA – The following cases were resolved recently in Champaign County Circuit Court by guilty pleas.
– Rita Graham, 52, of the 5800 block of West Springfield Avenue, Champaign, was sentenced to two years of conditional discharge, a form of probation without reporting to an officer, and ordered to make restitution of $3,680 to the Home Depot store on Bloomington Road in Champaign. She pleaded guilty to theft, admitting that between Dec. 2, 2007, and Jan. 1, 2008, while employed there, she stole cash from cash drawers and replaced it with checks from her personal checking account that were no good.
