From left, Savoy Fire Department firefighters Sam Freeland and Jared Bertsche, along with engineer Jeremy Leevey, recently spent 14 days in Louisiana helping crews there clean up after hurricanes. Champaign also sent a command vehicle and three firefighters: Deputy Chief Steve Clarkson, Capt. John Barker and Lt. Brett Johnson.
