Stockland man's grandson arrested in his beating death

WATSEKA – The grandson of a rural Stockland man was arrested in the beating death of his grandfather Friday.
Iroquois County police, Stockland Fire and EMS and the Milford Ambulance Service were called to a home in rural Milford at 2:57 p.m. Friday. They found Herschel Fleming, 79, unresponsive, according to a Saturday release from the Iroquois County Sheriff's Police.
