Dead bear found in Douglas County believed to be from Pennsylvania

TUSCOLA – A black bear found in Douglas County last week is believed to be from Pennsylvania.
On Monday, Chris McCloud, Illinois Department of Natural Resources communications manager, said he could confirm that the IDNR now knew the bear came from Pennsylvania, but the investigation is ongoing.
