Fire in Danville causes $17,000 in damage to house

DANVILLE – A fire early Saturday morning caused an estimated $17,000 in damages to a two-story house in Danville.

Danville firefighters responded to the 1700 block of Robinson St. about 2 a.m. Saturday, where they found smoke coming from the rear of the house, Capt. David Brady said.
