Web services a major issue in Champaign County circuit clerk race

URBANA – Would you like to be able to pay a traffic ticket online or download a court form you need off a handy Web site?
Kim Hooper, a Democrat challenging incumbent Champaign County Circuit Clerk Linda Frank for oversight of the office that works with the courts as their official record-keeper, said there's no reason the public shouldn't have conveniences like these, which are available elsewhere.
