Violation of rules at St. Joseph recycling site leads to closure

St. Joseph resident Kathy Fell drops off newspapers at the recycling center in St. Joseph on Thursday. The facility will close on Nov. 15 because residents have been misusing it by dropping off garbage, furniture and appliances.
ST. JOSEPH – Abuse of St. Joseph's recycling center has led the village to permanently close the facility after Nov. 15.
