Carle, city agree on proposed Crystal Lake neighborhood plan

URBANA – Carle Foundation Hospital and city officials have worked out their differences about the wording in a proposed Crystal Lake Neighborhood Plan.
The plan is expected to be approved at Monday's 7 p.m. meeting of the city council. The meeting will be at the Urbana City Building, 400 S. Vine St.
