Ashley Hilt of Champaign cooks grilled cheese made with colby jack cheese. Parkland nutrition students participated in an 'Iron Chef' contest to create tasty healthy school lunches at Washington Elementary School in Champaign Tuesday evening.
CHAMPAIGN – The challenge: make a healthy lunch that kids will like.
It's got to include all the food groups, and it's got to be inexpensive and easy to fix.
