The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for much of Central Illinois until 7 p.m. Saturday.
Fifteen counties are included in the watch: Champaign, DeWitt, Douglas, Vermilion, Logan, Macon, Marshall, Mason, McLean, Menard, Peoria, Piatt, Sangamon, Tazewell, and Woodford,
