Weather advisories roundup

Several weather advisories are in effect for East Central Illinois.

A flash flood warning is in effect for Coles, Douglas, Moultrie, Shelby, southeastern Champaign, and southwestern Vermilion counties until 8:30 p.m. Thursday.

A flash flood watch is in effect for Piatt, Champaign, Vermilion, Macon, Moultrie, Douglas, Coles, Edgar and Shelby Counties until Friday morning.  A separate flash flood watch is in effect for DeWitt County until 7 o-clock Thursday night.

A flood advisory is in effect for Coles, Douglas, Moultrie, Shelby, and southern Champaign Counties until 5:30 p.m. Thursday.  A flood advisory is in effect for Edgar County until 10:30 PM Thursday.

A flood warning is in effect for the following waterways:  the Sangamon River at Monticello until next Wednesday and the Vermilion River at Danville from Friday morning until Sunday afternoon.

Flood watches are in effect for the following waterways:  the Sugar Creek at Milford from Thursday night until Monday morning, the Iroquois River at Iroquois from Thursday night until further notice and the Iroquois River near Chebanse from Friday night until Tuesday afternoon.  A flood watch is also in effect for Ford and Iroquois Counties until Friday morning.
