My husband and I worked with John many years ago in Urbana. We were great friends at that time and I had meet Dorothy and Harold and they were wonderful people. We lost track of John but think of him often and always with fond memories! So sorry to hear of your loss and are thinking of the Walker family. Please let John know we are thinking of all of you!

My wife Donna and I have been friends with John and Mary Beth for over 20 years so when we heard of John's mother passing, we were both shocked and saddened. A number of years ago, I had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with Dorothy and John during an ASU basketball game in Tempe, AZ. She was easy to talk with and I was pleased to have met John's mother. Not only that, but John has quite often talked about his family in Illinois, so in some respects we know all of you. Donna and I wish to express our most sincere condolences to the entire Walker family and friends for the loss of Dorothy. It goes without saying, she will be missed but not forgotten.
