Marilyn "Sue" Cribbett, 68, of Rantoul passed away in the early morning hours of Friday, Feb. 5, 2010, at Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana.

She was born Feb. 13, 1941, in LeRoy, a daughter of Glen and Ferne (Gully) Rees. She married Thomas Cribbett on Aug. 8, 1961, in Rantoul. He preceded her in death on March 19, 1994.

She is survived by two sons, Thomas Cribbett of Rantoul, Daniel (Pamela) Cribbett of Paxton; two daughters, Ferne (Mike) Strauss of Michigan, Patricia Weaver of Virginia Beach, Va.; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, her parents and a grandson.

She was a registered nurse at Provena for 10 years. She enjoyed doing craftwork, and fishing.

Graveside services will be held at at 1 p.m. Thursday at Eden Park Cemetery, Rantoul.

Arrangements are being handled by Lux Memorial Chapel, Rantoul.
