Mary L. Allen, 84, of Urbana, passed away at 3:43 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 8, at Morgan Memorial Home, 1304 Regency Drive West, Savoy. Pastor Jim Ramos will officiate. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.

Mary was born April 17, 1925, in DeLand, a daughter of August and Agnes West Maria. She married Clyde Allen in Champaign. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include two daughters, Donna Beeler of Dowagiac, Mich., and Rosemary Young of Denver, Colo.; two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her son, William Colvin, and three brothers.

Mary was a member of Faith United Methodist Church and the Moose Lodge.

She enjoyed dancing.
