PONTIAC – LaDonna Jeanne Curtiss, 82, of Pontiac died at 11:40 p.m. Oct. 1, 2012, at Woodridge Assisted Living, Pontiac.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012, with a memorial service to be held at 4 p.m. at Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home in Pontiac. Pastor Brian Bill will officiate. Her ashes will be interred in Memorial Park Cemetery, Pontiac.
Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home, Pontiac, is in charge of arrangements.

LaDonna was born June 1, 1930, in Chicago, a daughter of Harold Vernon and Ruth Mae (Yoho) Brill. She married Keith Wayne Curtiss on June 28, 1947, in Pontiac. He passed away on Aug. 25, 1975.
Survivors include two sons, L. Roger (Karen) Curtiss of Pontiac and Robin R. (Kathy) Curtiss of Champaign; two daughters, Linda L. (Harold) Hurt of Chenoa and Patsy L. Curtiss of Kailua Kona, Hawaii; two brothers, Charles (Myra) Brill of New Mexico and John (Pat) Brill of Pontiac; two sisters, Ruth Robinson of Texas and Dorothy (Warren) Sutton of Mississippi; nine grandchildren, Allen, Kevin, Brett, Carrie, Laura, Jen, Jeff, Jeremy and Jason; 17 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one brother, Vernon Brill; one sister, Betty Story; and one great-grandchild, Braydon Balota.
LaDonna attended Pontiac Grade School and High School. She was a hard worker inside and outside her home. She was a great mom, grandmother and great-grandmother and always did so much for others, never asking for anything for herself.
