NICEVILLE, Fla. – Eulah Mae Shaw, 89, passed away on Sunday (Oct. 7, 2012).
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at American Lutheran Church, Rantoul. Pastor Jeffray Greene will officiate. Burial will follow in Eden Park Cemetery, Rantoul.
Mrs. Shaw was born June 16, 1923, in Kansas City, Kan., a daughter of Harry and Anna Hughey. She married Ralph E. Shaw on Sept. 12, 1943, in Kansas City, Kan. He preceded her in death on Jan. 8, 2001.
Mrs. Shaw's daughter Janet and husband Al Jordan reside in Niceville, Fla.
Also remaining are a grandson, John Jordan, and great-grandson Caleb of Niceville, Fla.; nieces Margaret Johnson of Winona, Minn., Judy Jones of Holton Kan., Gwen Juneau of Overland Park, Kan., Sara Phillips of Holton, Kan., and Nancy Ulrich, Salina, Kan.
Eulah was a Red Cross volunteer of 25 years and a member of American Lutheran Church. She and her husband enjoyed many years of traveling and square dancing.
