MISSOULA, Mont. – Ronald E. McConaha (Bear), 64, of Missoula, Mont., formerly of Champaign, died Friday, Dec. 7, 2012.
He was born Feb. 25, 1948, a son of Bernard McConaha and Beulah Titus McConaha.
Surviving are one brother, Ernie McConaha of Rantoul, and one sister, Glenna Bullard, both of Rantoul; 10 nieces and nephews and several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
He loved spending time with family on holidays, birthdays and especially Christmas. In his life he was a farmer, a photographer and retired from Kraft Foods after 34 years.
He was a devoted high-ranking member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Memorial services will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 601 Windsor Road, Champaign, with Bishop Darin Hope officiating.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, contributions may be made to his brother, Ernie McConaha.
