FISHERS, Ind. – Terri Chism, 47, of Fishers, passed away on Friday (Jan. 4, 2013) at Community North Hospital, Indianapolis.
She was born June 15, 1965, in Anderson, Ind., and resided most of her life in the Anderson area.
Terri graduated from Highland High School. She was employed as a billing supervisor for Roche Diagnostics.
She loved her grandchildren, swimming, warm weather and flying hot air balloons.
Terri is survived by her loving spouse, whom she married July 21, 2007, John B. Chism of Fishers, Ind.; daughter, Brea R. (Christopher) Powell of Anderson, Ind.; daughter, Kayleigh R. Farmer of Anderson, Ind.; son, Ryan B. Chism of Fishers, Ind.; daughter, Ashley Q. Chism; two grandchildren, Brenden and Cami; parents, Tom and Vickie Hardin and Sue Crose; brother, Scott C. (Amy) Hardin of Chesterfield, Ind.; and sister, Lisa (Daryl) Wilkinson. Several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews also survive, and many close friends.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Harry Crose.
Visitation was held from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 7, at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson, Ind.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 8, at the funeral home with Pastor Ned Clark officiating.
Cremation will take place after the service.
