VILLA GROVE – Martha Ruth Clark, 77, of Villa Grove, formerly of Arcola, passed away at 10:25 p.m. Saturday (Jan. 26, 2013) at the Champaign County Nursing Home in Urbana.

Private graveside services will be held at the Arthur Cemetery. Rev. Doug Romine will officiate. The Edwards Funeral Home, Arcola, is assisting with arrangements.

Martha was born on Oct. 13, 1935, in Arcola, the daughter of C.A. (Bill) and Marjorie Ruth (Moore) Romine.

She is survived by two sons, Gregory W. Clark (Pam) of Atwood and Anthony E. Clark (Christine) of Villa Grove; one daughter, Jennifer J. Clark of Villa Grove; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Dean Romine of Villa Grove and Doug Romine (Kay) of Salem, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant daughter Cheryl and one sister-in-law, Bonnie Romine.

Martha enjoyed fishing, visiting with friends and spending time with her grandchildren.
