The News-Gazette Online supports the Internet Advertising Bureau banner ad standard. This standard makes it convenient for advertisers and agencies to create and supply ads. For example, the following sample banner ads and button are in compliance with the Internet Advertising Bureau banner ad standard:
Banner size - 468 x 60 pixels
Vertical Banner size - 120 x 240 pixels
Button size - 120 x 90 pixels
We require that the maximum file size be no larger than 15K and that the images be in either JPEG, JPG or GIF format to ease their transition to the Web.

If you prefer, the design staff at The News-Gazette Online can produce your advertising at no additional cost. You will have full approval rights prior to online publishing. If you choose to take advantage of this service, you will need to provide us with the following:
- A camera-ready version of your logo and/or applicable product graphics
- Advertising copy
- The URL your ad will link to (if applicable)

Completed ads must be received two days prior to publication.
Earlier submissions are encouraged to limit technical difficulties.
If The News-Gazette Online is designing your ad, complete art, ad copy and URL are needed a minimum of seven days prior to online publishing. Earlier submissions are encouraged.
