Last summer, I made a delicious peachy, blueberry-y cobbler-ish dessert last year, and I swear I blogged about it. I have peaches and blueberries and wanted to make it again this weekend, but I can't find a record of that recipe anywhere.
In an effort to fix that problem, I'm sharing this recipe for Peach Blueberry Crisp from cooks.com [3]. I know must be similiar to the recipe I tried last year. (I was thinking it was a slump or a grunt, rather than a crisp or a cobbler.)

Check out the ingredients below and you'll agree - there's no way this recipe could turn out badly, right?
I do plan on putting the crumbly, crisp part of the recipe on top, though.
Blueberry Peach Crisp
3/4 c. flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup flour
2 cups sliced fresh peaches
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine flour, rolled oats and brown sugar. Pour melted butter over all and stir until crumbly. Press into bottom of 8 inch square pan. In large bowl, combine all of topping ingredients; mix well, spread over crumbs and bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes.
