As I recently contemplated changing my blog's name, [3] I had a chance to go through some of my unpublished blog posts. There are quite a few, for one reason or another. This one, I just plain forgot about.
I wanted to share it now, even though I wrote it in July. This dip would be a great accompaniment for any holiday get-together.

Last Friday, my friend and coworker, Erin Lippitz, [4] and I threw a little party [5]for our former coworker, Amanda Baker, who left The News-Gazette.
Erin brought a delicious fruit dip that also happens to have the most simple recipe ever. Here's the recipe.
Erin's Fruit Dip
1 block cream cheese
1 jar marshmallow fluff (Erin says you can use a large or small jar)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix these ingredients together and enjoy. I especially liked it with pretzels (and a lactose supplement!), for some sweet and salty flavor.
In the photo, that's the dip in the lower left-hand corner.
