Ogden latest community to lift burn ban

OGDEN — The village has lifted its burn ban.

The village board voted to place the ban in early August because of the extreme heat and dry conditions in the area.

Now that there has been some rain and cooler temperatures, the village has decided to lift the ban.

Danville, Atwood and Douglas County also have recently lifted their burn bans.
