CHAMPAIGN —Three major country acts are coming to the Assembly Hall in December.
Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Presents Josh Turner with Easton Corbin and Katie Armiger at 7 p.m. Dec. 13 in the Assembly Hall Star Theatre Expanded.
Tickets are $40, $35 and $25, with a $5 student discount. Box office fees apply.
General public tickets go on sale at 9 a.m. Oct. 12, at the Illinois ticket office at the Assembly Hall, on line at http://www.uofiassemblyhall.com  or by calling 866-illini-1.
Turner, a Hannah, S.C., native, has had No. 1 hits with "Your Man," "Would You Go With Me," "Why Don't We Just Dance" and "All Over Me."
His debut album "Long Black Train" was certified platinum for more than 1 million copies sold, and his sophomore album, "Your Man," was one of only four country albums to reach double-platinum status in 2006.
Turner's current album "Punching Bag" debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard County Albums chart.
He's joined by Florida native Corbin, whose 2010 self-titled debut album featured two No. 1 hits ("A Little More Country Than That" and "Roll With It") as well as one top 15 hit ("I Can't Love You Back").
Armiger is new to the tour, an Assembly Hal press release said.
