SULLIVAN – Evalyn Fish Glazebrook, 91, of Sullivan died at 12:18 p.m. Sunday (Oct. 7, 2012) in the Sullivan Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, Sullivan.
Celebration of Life services will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Reed Funeral Home, Sullivan, with the Rev. Rebecca Ingram officiating. Visitation will be from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in the Greenhill Cemetery, Sullivan.
Memorials are suggested to the Sullivan First Christian Church, Sullivan Fire and Ambulance Service or to the Elizabeth Titus Memorial Library.

Evalyn was born Dec. 29, 1920, in Milmine, the daughter of James A. and Bertha Gail Misenheimer Moore.
She had been the office manager for 35 years for the Best Clinic in Sullivan.
Evalyn was a member of the Sullivan First Christian Church.
She married Leland J. Glazebrook on March 3, 1972, in Fisher, and he preceded her in death on March 14, 2010.
Surviving are her sons, Gary (Judy) Fish and Bob Fish of Bloomington; daughter, Peg Fish of Springfield; daughter-in-law, Donna Fish of Villa Grove; stepsons, Turk (Judy) Glazebrook of Chicago, Richard (Carol) Glazebrook and Roger (Sally) Glazebrook of Sullivan, Jim (Teena) Glazebrook of Joliet; stepdaughters, Helen Glazebrook of Sullivan, Sarah Glazebrook of Windsor; niece, Sharon (Parker) Lawlis of Normal; nephew, Larry (Sandy) Morton of Bement; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister and son, Jim Fish.
