DANVILLE — The Danville Symphony Orchestra with guest artist Leahy, an Irish-music family band, on Saturday will feature a concert of fiddle-driven Celtic music, dance and vocals, augmented by keyboards and percussion.
The concert will start at 7:30 p.m. in the Dick Van Dyke Auditorium at Danville High School, 202 E. Fairchild St.
Taking the stage alongside the symphony will be Canadian musical phenomenon Leahy, an award-winning group of eight brothers and sisters.
In the United States, Leahy was the subject of the Academy Award-winning documentary "Music Most of All."
The group has received multiple Juno Awards.
