WESTVILLE — Westville High School drama students will present Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" at 7 p.m. Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the school's old gymnasium.
The show will feature fairy-tale characters, costumes, special effects and music, including tunes such as "Be Our Guest." The students have been rehearsing and building sets since the beginning of the school year.
"This is quite the biggest production we have ever attempted," director Teresa Ross said in a news release. "What has really been gratifying is the amount of community support we are receiving from individuals and businesses to make this show possible. We appreciate their support so much."
Adult tickets to the show are $7, and tickets for students and senior citizens are $5. Tickets may be purchased at the main office of the school, 918 N. State St.
