ARTHUR – Cindy Johnson, 65, of Arthur died at 3:08 a.m. Sunday (Dec. 9, 2012) at Decatur Memorial Hospital, Decatur.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Vine Street Christian Church, 249 S. Vine St., Arthur. The Rev. Dawn Ingram and the Rev. Kevin Ray will officiate. Burial will be in Keller Cemetery, Lovington. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Edwards Funeral Home, 221 E. Main St., Arcola, is in charge of arrangements.
Jill, I was so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. Her dad, your grandfather, was my first cousin. I hadn't seen her in many years, but her passing makes my family smaller. Just know that you have family keeping you in their thoughts and prayers during this time of sadness.
