Looking for decorating ideas for using an amazing old galvanized mop bucket

I really love the look of things that are galvanized [3], and recently, my father-in-law gave me this amazing galvanized mop bucket.

It's on casters and has been well-used, as he owns a janitorial company.

I don't have a good use for it yet, and I'm hoping to hear your ideas.

I forgot to take a picture of it, but it looks just like the photo directly below, minus the flowers. I think using it as a planter would be really cute, but I'm not totally convinced.

If we had a fireplace, I would totally fill it with firewood and tie a red ribbon around it. It would probably look similar to the photo below. We don't, though.

Or I guess we could try making it a tufted, rolling stool. I'm not sure where we'd put it, though. Do you have any ideas?
