There are no laws keeping you from owning both a drone and a tank! At the same time even!

Yes, I am sure that you can buy an unarmed drone type vehicle that has camera. You can buy an unarmed armoured vehicle also. Try buying the armed versions if you dare. Please, please; call the ATF, and tell them that you have the Second Amendment right to have them.
