URBANA — A Rantoul man is due back in court on Feb. 19 in connection with a sexual assault last week in Rantoul.
Jeremy E. Davis, 22, who listed an address in the 1500 block of Par Drive, Rantoul, pleaded innocent on Monday to one count of criminal sexual assault.
According to a police report, Davis allegedly committed a forcible sex act with an 18-year-old woman who was in his home Thursday night.
Davis was reportedly intoxicated when the assault occurred. The woman promptly reported it to police and sought medical attention at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana but was not seriously physically injured.
Judge Richard Klaus set Davis' bond at $25,000.

You just copied this from the last story, didn't you! So much for outrage.
I did. I don't touch type. I am lazy. I am still correct, however.
I am not outraged.
I am puzzled as to why this error in fact is repeated with story after story.
Why accuracy in print newspapers is now unimportant.
Sounds like a low life, send him away....
