Chargers bounce Panthers. Ayla Dew had nine kills and Kelly Braghini added seven for visiting Centennial in its 25-21, 21-25, 25-17 volleyball victory against Paxton-Buckley-Loda, which received seven kills and four blocks from Kailey Kleinert. Lexi Hall had 19 assists for the Chargers.
Sullivan tops Arcola. Emily Neuhauser had 13 digs, five aces, three kills and one assist in host Sullivan’s 25-21, 16-25, 25-18 volleyball victory against Arcola.

Jones, Allam key Sabers’ win. Kyler Jones and Soleiman Allam each scored, leading St. Thomas More to a 2-1 soccer victory against host St. Joseph-Ogden on Monday in a Sangamon Valley Conference tournament match.
Jones tallied his eighth goal of the season for the Sabers, who had 22 shots on goal.
The Spartans’ Austin Baker scored on an assist from Colton Bowser in the first half.
Solorzano, LaVoie sparkle. Hugo Solorzano scored twice, leading visiting Watseka to a 2-0 victory against Clifton Central in an SVC tournament match.
Warriors keeper Tyler LaVoie posted his second shutout in three matches.
