A candidate for Illinois Attorney General said he'd like to see the issue of term limits tackled at a party level.
That's according to Republican Paul Schimpf, who said politicians should serve no more than two terms. But he said there may be another way to get that done than the current campaign by gubernatorial candidate Bruce Rauner that looks to put the issue to voters.
Schimpf made the comments Wednesday on the WDWS Morning Show.
Schimpf is running for Attorney General against incumbent Democrat Lisa Madigan.
