Jimmy johns move

Maybe I missed it, but what ever happened to Jimmy John's moving out of Illinois because of taxes? Last I noticed they are still here.

Also, will he bring the endangered species furniture with him to Florida or will he auction it off here? I could really use a stool made from an elephant leg for my den.
