Pavement replacement work planned on Galen Drive

CHAMPAIGN — Traffic will be reduced on Galen Drive in Champaign beginning Monday for pavement replacement work.

One lane of Galen Drive will be closed between Devonshire Drive and Theodore Drive beginning Monday while Shaw Brothers replaces damaged pavement in the 2000 block of South Galen Drive.

Access to all properties in the area will be maintained.

The street is scheduled to reopen on Dec. 9.
