| Seven Welcome to Pettyjohn Builders 2005 Showcase Home, Seven. Why the strange name you ask? This is the seventh year that Pettyjohn Builders has participated in the HBAECI Showcase of Homes. Also, coming up with a name for a house must be somewhat similar to naming paint colors, not the most exciting part of the job. While the name may be odd, the house is anything but. The home’s exterior offers a distinct blend of brick, stone & cedar. Details such as brackets, shutters and trellises continue all around the house. The floor plan is welcoming and spacious with the foyer being flanked by a study and formal dining room. Beautiful oversized tile and luxurious Brazilian cherry wood floors compliment the main level. Seven offers an often requested 1st floor bedroom which would make a great guest suite with access to the main floor bath. The great room and kitchen combine into one large living space.
