The Wellington
Signature Homes is proud to introduce the Wellington as its 2006 showcase home. Modified slightly from one of our more popular floor plans, the Wellington offers many of the amenities today's family's desire.
The first floor features a beautiful kitchen/breakfast area with an abundance of custom cabinetry and large island with a granite top. The entry into the oversized pantry is a must see, and is one of those unique twists that are found each year at the Showcase of Homes. By using pillars in lieu of walls in the dining and living rooms, the entry to the house brings new meaning to the phrase "open floor plan". Wide plank hardwood and ceramic tile flooring are used throughout the first floor. For those who enjoy time in the garage, you won't want to miss this one.
The second floor features four bedrooms, two full baths and a laundry room for convenience. The master bathroom includes a whirlpool tub and tiled shower.
The exterior of the house is traditional in design. Shake siding and brick façade are used on the front elevation, with vinyl siding on the other sides. Located on a corner lot allows the use of a split garage with a two car side load and one car front load garage. Beautiful landscaping enhances the curb appeal of the home.
With several standard floor plans available with customizing options; a staff of professionals to help make your building dreams become a reality; and the leading developer of popular subdivisions including, Ironwood, Trails Edge, Thornewood and Prairie Fields; we hope you consider Signature Homes in your building plans. We also would like to introduce two new subdivisions coming to the area this fall in Savoy called Lake Falls and Prairie Meadows. Please contact our office with any questions.
Signature Homes wishes to thank its employees and subcontractors for their work on the showcase home and their dedication to their trade and to building fine homes.
