Illini 6th in baseball poll

Dan Hartleb's Illini were picked sixth in the preseason Big Ten baseball poll. Also, three Illini — pitcher Kevin Johnson and outfielders Jordan Parr and Justin Parr — were listed as Players to Watch.
The Illini return 17 letterwinners, including seven position starters.
The top 5 teams: Indiana, Nebraska, Michigan State, Ohio State and Minnesota.
