No Super Tuesday for Illini

ESPN on Wednesday released its Tuesday college basketball slate of games featuring SEC and Big Ten teams and for the second straight year none of the nine Big ten games features Illinois.

Here's a look at the Big Ten games being featured on Super Tuesday for 2014-15. The full Big Ten schedule is expected to be released later this month.

Jan. 6 — 8 p.m. Ohio State at Minnesota

Jan. 13 — 6 p.m. Michigan at Ohio State

Jan. 20 — 8 p.m. Iowa at Wisconsin

Jan. 27 — 6 p.m. Nebraska at Michigan

Feb. 3 — 6 p.m. Indiana at Wisconsin

Feb. 10 — 8 p.m. Wisconsin at Nebraska

Feb. 17 — 8 p.m. Michigan State at Michigan

Feb. 24 — 6 p.m. Wisconsin at Maryland

March 3 — 6 p.m. Iowa at Indiana

And why should they feature an Illini squad that has not done anything yet under Groce? This is just Bush League and the Sleepy Gazoo desperate to hype the team in hope they will seem like big-time sports writers.
