Coach to Cosby, Starks: Keep shooting

 

A recurring theme the last couple of weeks and a source of frustration among fans of Illinois has been the shooting woes of Ahmad Starks and Aaron Cosby, two reinforcements brought into the program to help cure the offensive woes the Illini endured last season.

Before this week, not many college basketball fans knew that New Jersey Institute of Technology or Incarnate Word fielded teams.

NJIT has had a Division I program since 2006, but the school didn't land on the map until it defeated then-No. 17 Michigan last weekend at Crisler Center.
